I was nervous because I had never had an in-home haircut before. But Laura was fantastic. Not only did she do a great job but she had a great personality and made the whole experience very easy for me. I only have one negative comment and it's not about her. You ask us to prepay the tip, before we get the service. This should be done after. We may want to give her more or less or nothing. Also, may I assume that the provider gets 100% of the tip?
